Permission
Use the permission antienchantmentabuse to give a player the authorisation to use levels over the max value.
Default is op.
Configuration
max-enchantment-level - The maximal enchantment level an item can have.
Type: Integer
set-enchantment-level - Sets enchantment levels over invalid items the the maximal allowed level.
