Fixed several bugs that occurred in version 5.0.0

Update version 3.0 => 4.0

Support with EconomyAPI, now you can use {money} to get money from Players.
A color bug in the /broadcast send was fixed.

Give unique announcements with /broadcast send

En orden queda mejor, osea que primero se diga el primer mensaje luego el segundo etc, queda mejor que aleatoriamente
