• OffHand Feature Activation: Players can activate or deactivate the offhand feature by using the /offhand on or /offhand off command.
• Item Move to OffHand Slot: When the offhand feature is activated and the player squats, items held in the primary hand will be moved to the offhand slot if the offhand slot is empty.

• Feature Activation: Use the /offhand on command to activate the offhand feature. Use the /offhand off command to disable the offhand feature.
• Item Move: Squat while holding an item in the main hand to move it to the offhand slot if the offhand slot is empty.

Because this is OffHand in PocketMine it is limited to the mechanism that items placed in the OffHand slot cannot function like in Java.
