Make "wilderness.command" permission-default configurable via "permission-defaults" field in config.yml.

Wilderness v1.0.0

Added world-selector config property. You can now configure whether you want to teleport the player in the world they're currently in, in a world picked at random from a list of worlds, or to a specific world.
Plugins can now register their own custom configurable wilderness behaviour by registering a behaviour/Behaviour.
Moved configurable options from config.yml to behaviour/wilderness-default.yml and removed lang.yml.

**NOTE: **You will need to delete your old configuration files.

Hey, v2.1.0 adds a new "permission-defaults" field with a value of "op" by default. You may change this to "all" instead to allow everyone access to the command by default. Alternatively, you may use a permission manager plugin to grant players the "wilderness.command" permission.

Its great! However how can I allow Non-op players to use /wild It just says "you do not have permissions to use this command"
