I installed Pureperms 1.4.5 and Purechat 2.0.0 and they work fine. The /setnametag command doesn't work in-game, but this can be edited in the plugin_data so no problem.

Umm its good plugin but devlopers the new error you didn't put the onEnable get logger so that's you write on the main.php file
